Nasarawa Gov, Engr. Sule Says Almajiris Are Time Bomb Ready To Explode, As He Sent Back 788 of Them To Their Various States (See Photos Inside)

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Alhaji.Sule has described Almajiri whom he said pelted the streets of almost all the States of the federation as a time bomb ready to explode.
The Governor stated this while delivering his farewell message at Government Science School,Lafia to the 788 almajiris to be returned to their States of origin due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 scourge.
Engr.Sule emphasized that every child must be with his family especially at this critical time of COVID-19
He expressed concerned over the way and manner under age children were left to wallow around in search of livelihood by eating from the garbage.
Calling on parents to take full responsibility of their wards with utmost seriousness by enrolling them in both Western and Islamic education.
He explained that with education, people can resist oppressor by leaders, the Governor said the Government of Nasarawa State would not take it lightly with any parents that disobey constituted authority.
He affirmed that necessary arrangements have been put in place to ensure the safe return of all almajirai to their States of origin.
“We have provided busses with fitted air-condition to ensure your comfort to your States of origin” .
The explained that the decision to return almajirai back to their States of origin was not a unilateral decision by him to humiliate them rather a collective decision by the 19 northern State Governor’s to curb the spread of COVID-19.
