My Suspension Is ‘Audio Suspension’ – Oluwo

The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, has described his suspension by Osun state Council of Traditional Rulers as ‘audio suspension’.

Osun state Traditional Rulers’ Council had on Friday suspended Oluwo of Iwo over alleged assault to the Agbowu of Ogbaagba, Oba Dhikrulahi Akinropo, during a peace meeting in the office of the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone 11, Bashir Makama, in Osogbo on February 14.

Oluwo in one minutes Video watched by our correspondent claimed that he did not punch Agbowu of Ogbaagba that the AIG of Police clarified it and the government officials in that meeting also made clarification on what really happened during the meeting.

He said, “You can see me sitting in my palace, this the palace of Oluwo of Iwo land , there was no suspension, there is no suspension, the suspension of all those council of obas is audio, …there is no suspension, AIG cleared that Oluwo did not punch anybody, the government says Oluwo did not punch anybody.”
