Meet ACP Simon Asamber Lough Nigerian First Police Officer To Become SAN
An Assistant Commissioner of Police, Simon Asamber Lough, who hails from Benue state, has made history becoming the first-ever serving Nigeria Police officer to be conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
This classic son of Tiv nation successfully went through the rigorous selection process leading up to his making the final list where his name conspicuously appears on serial number twelve (12) out of the seventy-two (72) candidates that made the final list.
The swearing-in of the new SANs and subsequent induction into the Body of SANS has been slated for 8/12/2021 at the Supreme Court of Nigeria Complex by the Chief Justice of Nigeria.
ACP Simon Asamber Lough is presently serving at the Force Legal Department of the Nigeria Police, Louis Edet House, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
