Like Daniel Kadzai, like Nyeneime Andy, the same fate that befell Engr. Daniel Kadzai former President of Youth Wing of Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) over aborted tenure in office is at the moment befalling the current YOWICAN President, Mr. Nyeneime Andy.
Already as gathered by this medium, the issue is causing ripples again, just like it happened during the days of Daniel Kadzai tenure.
Findings by this newspaper indicate that Mr. Nyeneime Andy began office on the 14th September 2018 as the YOWICAN President, and he is expected to leave office on 14th September 2021 which is when his tenure is supposed to be completed, but from what is gathered, it seems there are some actions of an alleged fraud that CAN want to play.
CAN as gathered now wants to conduct the election for the office of the President of YOWICAN in January 2021 when Mr. Andy’s tenure is yet to elapse.
Universal Reporters gathered that the allegedly the plan is being orchestrated by the Secretary of CAN, obviously for his own selfish gain.
The issue of tenure obstruction in YOWICAN may, after all, become a norm in CAN, this is because the same thing happened during the tenure of the former President of YOWICAN Daniel Kadzai who later went to court and got his judgment where court asked them to allow him to complete his tenure whereby he handed over to the current President that is facing the same fate now.
It would be recalled that an FCT High Court sitting in Gwagwalada in a similar issue of tenure palaver, nullified the election of 27th January 2018. Eventually, Daniel in September 2018 handed over to the present YOWICAN President who is facing the tenure issue now.
