The former Chief Security to the First Civilian Governor of Plateau State, Chief Solomon Daushep Lar has tasked the federal government to introduce measures to tackle kidnapping, farmers /herders clashes and address challenges of unemployment including hunger in the land.
Speaking to this medium in Jos ,HRH , Ponzhi Timloh V expressed sadness with the manner the rising rate of insecurity, incessant attacks, and kidnapping business is on the increase.
He pledged that the government should remove human rights and take the welfare of Nigerians as the topmost priority instead of supporting and promoting crime and criminality.
According to him, to end criminalities such as abduction, kidnapping, herders clashes state and federal need to repeal back laws of capital punishment by ensuring that every traditional ruler should take statistics of men and women in their dormant.
Timloh emphasized that all these offenses are linked to human rights, especially land grabbers they should be punished by the act of Land disputes prohibiting foreigners from occupying land illegally.
He urged the present government to set up a committee to investigate the cause of conflict on land across the local governments and fish out perpetrators.
