Lalong A Transparent, Honest Leader-Samu’ila Makama

Former Chairman National Population Commission, NPC, Samu’ila Makama has eulogized Governor Simon Lalong describing him as a humble and honest leader.

 

This commendation was made available to the media by the NPC former boss in Jos the Plateau state capital.

 

According to the elder statement, Governor Lalong’s integrity and character has endeared him to the leadership at the National level as a credible leader.

 

The former chairman of NPC further said “Governor Lalong represents humility, openness, simplicity and character to demonstrate honesty at all times which has endeared him to Mr. President”

 

Makama who spoke at the APC stakeholders meeting in Jos commended Gov Lalong for projecting positive image of Plateau State at the National level.

 

Various speakers commended the Rescue administration including Alh Bashir Musa Sati, Amb Ignatius Longjam, former Deputy Governor and Chairman of NIPSS, Chief Maicibi Vwarji, former Chairman of PDP and Amb Yahaya Kwande, a member of BOT of the APC. They all paid glowing tributes to the Lalong administration.

 

The meeting also witnessed the declaration of Simon Lalong to contest for the 2019 Governorship election in Plateau State.

 

In related development, Plateau Youth council has commended the achievements of All Progressive Congress ,APC , led Government in Plateau.

 

Chikas Kumle, Chairman of Plateau Youth Council, Pankshin LGC and Boniface Tamwai, a youth activist from Mikang LGC thanked Governor Lalong for responding to the popular demands of Plateau people.

 

In a separate release, Kumle described Gov Lalong as a Listening Governor” who is passionate about the youths.

 

On his part, Boniface Tamwai said “Mikang youths will work round the clock to deliver 100 percent”

 

They commended the Governor for sustainance of relative peace, employments of teachers and promotion of agriculture amongst several projects.

 

It would be recalled that Simon Lalong recently yielded to the people’s plea to recontest for the Governor of the State at the APC stakeholder’s meeting in Jos.
