Keana monarch Calls On FG To Exploit Untapped Mineral Resources In His Kingdom

The new installed Osana of Keana has appealed to the federal government to as matter of urgency to exploit the untapped mineral resource in his kingdom, the Paramount ruler stated this during his sallah message to Muslim ummah in his domain.

His Royal Highness,Alh.Abdullahi Amegwa Agbo lll in his message called on the federal government to take advantage of the present economic crunch to exploit the available salt ,bryte and other mineral resource abound in the kingdom.

He stated that the current economic recession in the country should serve as a wakeup call for the central government to be proactive and innovative in order to encourage self reliance and sustainable economic development through the diversification of the economy.

Amegwa Agbo lll called on his subordinates to embrace commercial agriculture instead of the over reliance on white collar job,he commends Muslim ummah in the world for a successful hajj exercise as well Eid Kabir celebration.

“Eid Kabir provides us with lessons of sacrifice and total submission to God Almighty,What this means to us is to sacrifice for peace ,unity and progress of Keana kingdom,Nasarawa state and the nation at large.

The monarch urged people of Keana to learn to submit to constituted authorities to avoid taking the laws into their hands,urging his people to embrace the lessons in all their activities and to remember that prophet Muhammad (SAW) in his last sermon admonished us not to “HURT ANYBODY,SO THAT NO ONE MAY HURT YOU”.

HRH,Abdullahi Amegwa Agbo lll dedicated his victory in the recent selection process to the victory of all and sundry in Keana community and particularly to those that contested alongside with him,calling on them to accord him their maximum support for the interest of Keana community.

The traditional ruler applauded the state government and the Organized Labour for her holistic approach in the amicable settlement with workers in the state,he also prayed for the safe return of pilgrims from the Holyland.
