The police have fired teargas at distraught parents of the abducted schoolboys of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, who trooped to the school awaiting the return of the children.

 

The incident occured at the school premises when the parents booed the governor while speaking to them on the incident.

 

A witness told BBC Hausa that the policemen had to fire teargas canisters to disperse the protesting parents for the governor’s convoy to move out of the school premises.
