Jos North Needs Capable Hands – Hon Jibril Muhammad

An Aspirant for the position of Chairmanship of Jos North Local Government Council, Hon Jibril Muhammad Zakari has disclosed his political agenda of revamping the dwindling economic fortune of Jos North if given the mandate in the forthcoming council.

 

He stated this in Jos during an interactive session with journalists on his ambition.

 

He said ,as a party man my  blueprint is to unite the people of Jos North and encourage peaceful coexistence between the Muslims and Christians in the council .

 

Zakari expressed confidence in the leadership of APC government by employing the electorate to vote wisely and vote for the credibility of the person, not any dubious person that would come and continue to promote anarchy and hatred amongst us.

 

According to him, what inspired him into politics is service and promote inter harmonious coexistence between all races,it is high time to build mutual respect in the society through qualitative leadership.

 

We shall embark on people-oriented programs which would be anchor toward unity of oneness, I shall return our community to be together without religious or tribal sentiment, Zakari says.

 

He emphasized the importance of living together, we encourage the government to rebuild the burnt-down Jos main market authority to address issues of employment and youths restiveness because of idleness.

 

We are going to focus more on making income generation in improving the IGR of the council and also tackling empowerment and skills acquisition programs by engaging youths on positive and meaningful projects.
