Jigawa Police Arrest 45 Years Old Man For Stabbing His Wife To Death

The Police in Jahun Local Government Area of Jigawa state received a shocking report on 3/7/2020 at about 11:00 am that one Adamu Hassan of 45yrs in Gangawa village, Jahun LGA stabbed his wife eight times who sustained various degrees of injuries which lead to her death.

 

The demised Hauwa Sani who is 25yrs old it was reported that her husband Adamu Hassan has stabbed her with a knife eight times and this led to her death.

 

It was gathered that the culprits took to his heels when he noticed that the wife has died, and police got the information that as they rushed to the scene and met the victim Hauwa Sani in the pool of his blood.

 

Without further delay, the Police rushed the victim to the hospital where the doctors confirmed that she was dead.

 

It was from there that the Police pursued the suspect who was on the run and arrested him. It was reliably gathered that the suspect and the deceased Hauwa had two children and they have been in the marriage for the past eight years

 

According to the police public relations officer SP Audu Jinjiri, he said as, at the time of writing this report, the suspect did not mention why he killed his wife.

 

However, an investigation conducted by police gathered that the suspect has been into taking hard drugs, which has led to drug abuse.

 

According to the police he will be charged to court, meanwhile, the deceased wife has been buried by her relations according to Islamic rite and investigation is still going on.
