Jigawa Hisba Command Destroy 2875 Bottles Of Alcohols In Kazaure

Hisba command Jigawa State Kazaure branch has destroyed over 2875 bottles of alcohols and five Cans of 25 litters of Burukutu, a local beer, while destroying the beers the official of Kazaure local government and representative from Kazaure emirate council attended the venue.

The State Commandant of the Hisba command Malam Ibrahim Dashiru Garki who confirmed the story said the cost of the items destroyed is worth N932 000.

He, therefore, called on those responsible for Alcohol business in the state to change their business or face the wrath of the Hisba command.

He advised the general public to help them by exposing those who refuse to comply with the order given by the state which banned the selling of alcohol throughout Jigawa State.

He added that very soon they will go out for patrol to arrest defaulters and those who are not obeying the order of the state government.

He stated further that recently the command appointed Two Women as Hisba commanders in the state headquarters to enable the command to arrest women involved in the heinous act.
