Islamic Clerics Dare Boko Haram On “Propaganda“, Warns Them To Stop Killing By Yakubu Busari,Jos.
Islamic scholars in Nigeria have warned the Boko Haram Insurgents to desist from portraying themselves as Muslim, describing their action as “mere propaganda aimed at giving Islam a bad name“.
In a separate interview with universalreporters247.com, the National Secretary of Jama atul Nasil Islam, Shiek Kalith Aliyu and the National Chairman Council of Ulamah of Jama atul Izala wa Ikamatus Sunna (JIBWIS), Shiek Sani Yahaya Jingir said; “it’s time to stop the Rubbish and focus on winning souls “.
They dared the group to stop further “propaganda of associating their devilish act with Islamic Religion“
On his part, the National Secretary of JNI opined that “even the Christians in the country has known that the group do not stand for Islam”, describing them as “Satanic“.
He said “efforts by the group to create fear“on the minds of average Northerner has been uncovered and people will now fight the Boko Haram.
According to him, “Muslims in the region are instructed to leave in peace with their Christians Counterparts so resist whatever tactics adopted by Boko Haram
“They initially wanted to fool Nigeria Muslims when they emphases on our basic problems with Christians in the Country but we now know that they have a separate Agenda to ridicule Islamic Religion“.
Also, the National Chairman of JIBWIS explained that “the current awareness by both Muslim and Christian on their worthless propaganda is now clear to all of us“.
