Imo SSG Inaugurates ITC IMC, Charges Them To Duty

The Imo State Governor,Hon Emeka Ihedioha,on Monday,June 10th 2019,through the Imo State Secretary to to the Govt.Hon.Uche Onyeagocha,officially inaugurated the constituted members of the Imo Transport Company,ITC,Interim Management Committee,IMC.
Members duely inaugurated includes:Sir Emeka Aririguzo,as Chairman of ITC, amongts others members of ICM which includes:Emeka Nwokeke,Kelechi Ngumezi,Ahanonu Williams Aburi,Ndidi Onyemachi,Ngozi Oguike,with Barr.Uche Alisigwe,as the Secretary.
The SSG,Hon.Onyeagocha,in his words of advise,charged them to duties following the terms of reference,which according to the SSG,shall develop an implementable framework for repositioning ITC for optimal service delivery and profitability.
“You are to review all existing contractual concessionary agreements and advice on way forward. Ensure that all existing leasing and franchise agreement obligations are met.Ensure that salaries of workers are paid regularly.Receive and manage all accruable revenues to ITC and government”,the SSG submitted.
Their inauguration to place at the Imo Cabinet Office Owerri.
Speaking shortly after their inauguration,the ITC Interim Chairman, Sir Emeka Aririguzo,expressed delight to have been appointed by the Governor and promised to apply his wealth of experience in management and transportation,so as to help the Rebuild Mission policy of the Rebuild Mission administration of Gov.Ihedioha, in his bid to develop Imo State.
