Imo Guber Support 2019: RAP Endorses Sen.Uzodinma Of APC As Next Governor

Barely one month to the governorship election exercise in Nigeria,the State and National leadership of “Reform and Advancement Party,RAP,of Nigeria,as part of indicating their electoral support have collectively through their party’s State Working Committee,SWC,ably led by the Imo RAP State Part Chairman,Hon.Dr.Chief Collins Okey Emenike,was on last Wednesday,Jan.30th 2019 officially endorsed the Imo APC 2019 guber candidate,Sen.Hope Odidika Uzodinma,as the next Imo Governor,come March 2nd 2019,governorship polls.

In his welcome address formerly presented,the Imo RAP Chairman,Dr.Emenike,said RAP is here to perform a great party project presentation to the State Officers of Imo APC,Party Directors and to the APC guber candidate,Sen.Uzodinma himself.

He said the endorsement of Uzodinma by RAP is a right thing in a right direction to a right man whom he described as the hope of Imo people,if elected as Governor Rochas Okorocha’s successor.

Dr Emenike said ” RAP as one of registered political parties in Nigeria by INEC has presidential candidate as one Mr.Davis,which described as unhopeful in the forthcoming presidential polls,come Feb.2nd 2019″.

“Imo RAP has its political structures in the 27 LGA’s of the State but we have deemed it necessary to work in tandem with the Imo APC under gubernatorial flagship of Sen.Hope,having watched the presence of good officers they have especially in the person of Prince Barr.Marcellinus Nlemigbo,who is the Imo APC State Chairman,alongside so many other members of the party in the state”,he maintained.

The RAP State Party Boss,Emenike,therefore disclosed that his party members from across the State are highly committed to the actualization of Sen.Odidika as the next Governor of Imo State,come May 29th 2019,when he would be sworn-in as Imo Governor for good governance and quality leadership to Imo people.

Those who also eschewed their party’s 100% unalloyed total support for Sen.Uzodinma’s guber victory in 2019 includes:the Imo RAP State Secretary,Pastor Uzoma Ngamefule,the Youth Leader of Imo RAP,Comr.Donatus Orjiako, and the Imo RAP State Woman Leader,Mrs.Ifeoma Nwachukwu,amongst other members and supporters of Imo RAP to many to mention.
