The Imo APGA candidate for the 2019 governorship election,Sen.Ifeanyi Godwin Araraume,on Sat.29th Dec.2018 at his Destiny Foundation Secretariat along Owerri/Onitsha Road, officially inaugurated all the members of his Campaign Council for the next year’s guber polls and charged them duties to deliver him become Governor Rochas Okorocha’s successor,come May 29th 2019.
Inauguration ceremony involved all the Imo APGA leaders and members as automatic members of his campaign council,according to the Guber Candidate.
Speaking,the Imo APGA State Party Chairman,Barr.Peter Ezeobi,expressed satisfaction to have someone like Araraume as the guber flagbearer for 2019 elections in Imo.
He said with Araraume,Imo APGA shall product the next Governor,and that all candidates of the party for various elective positions shall win their race in 2019.
Also,the 2019 APGA Vice Presidential Candidate,Chief Jerry Chukwueke, commended all the party members and supporters for their unalloyed support to the party ahead of the elections.
He therefore expressed optimism that APGA will win elections from the National to the State.
“The problems of Nigeria is caused due to the ability of Nigerians to elect APGA as President over the years.
He maintained that his party in 2019 shall unseat APC,SNP,Accord,PDP and other political parties by the special grace of God.
“The future of Nigeria depends on restructuring. Nigerians and Imolites must support APGA to win elections.With APGA there would be reduction in the cost governance. We are going to vote for APGA all the way”,he assured.
Adding his voice,the Imo APGA Deputy Governor for 2019 polls,Barr.Steve Nwoga,extolled all the members of his party for their steadfastness,commitment and encouraged them not to relent.
Barr.Steve therefore described Araraume as the incoming Imo State Governor,come next year.
“I am very nice delighted and fulfilled to see all the leaders of the party who trooped out in their large numbers to show their support. Now is the time to use all your political skills,talents and passion to deliver APGA. My selection to work with Araraume is divine gift and we are ready to deliver Imo from the hand shackles of the outgoing Imo Government of APC”,Sir.Nwoga insisted.
Meanwhile,the Imo APGA Guber Candidate,Sen.Araraume speaking said “We have as APGA have come to inaugurate our Campaign Council as a strong political structure to win elections in Imo State in 2019.
“As a pressure group,you would be highly mobilized both financially,morally and otherwise so that you will win election in 2019”,he assured.
“Imo problems have being mal-governance. Nothing is working well in the state for the past 12 years,even the human beings are not effectively working. So many things have gone wrong under the government of Rochas Okorocha.
But we in APGA are determined to win election. As you can see the government of Anambra State are doing well courtesy of APGA under Governor Willy Obiano”,he disclosed.
The guber candidate,Araraume said “,APGA will win the 27 State House of Assembly,10 Federal House of Reps.,the 3 Senatorial Seats and the Governorship position in Imo. APGA is determined to win elections in Imo. I promised to change all the vehicles given to the leaders of our party that would be used for the victory of APGA,and today I have donated 8 vehicles in each of the 27 LGA’s of the State,as a promised fulfilled.
” There is no other guber candidate in Imo stronger than me as the APGA flagbearer. Imo has gone beyond where somebody without school certificate will rule. Days are gone when somebody without a second address would be allowed to be Governor. Somebody with no proper family life will not govern Imo. We need a role model like me (Araraume) to rule the state”,he boasted.
Sen.Araraume while speaking made a donation of 27 vehicles to the 27 LGA Party Chairmen of APGA.
He said all the Chairmen of Campaign Council will also receive their own vehicles.
Sen.Godwin therefore promised to give vehicles to all the Campaign Council officers at the Senatorial zones,Federal Constituencies,Elders Council,the Youths,Women and the Advisory Council their own vehicles as such would enable them work effectively to deliver him as Governor,come 2019. He also promised to give vehicles to his Fans Club and everybody that is working for the victory of APGA with monthly allowances to maintain their vehicles.
Araraume however boasted that no party candidate in Imo have the capacity and the will-power to do what he is doing in the political firmament of the State.
“My victory in 2019 is assured and granted,we are set,ready and prepared to offer good governance to the people of Imo State and the children yet unborn. I have come to amplify you to work for APGA’s victory. I will give Imolites the best of my leadership experience,if elected as Governor in 2019.
Commending Sen.Araraume,the Imo APGA candidate for Ikeduru State House Assembly,Hon.Dr.Gabriel Chuma Onyekuru,described him as a man with great political sagacity.
The incoming State Lawmaker,Onyekuru,thanked all the party faithful(s) for their determination and show of love to deliver APGA in the 2019 polls.
Onyekuru moreso called and appealed to Imolites in general and the people of Ikeduru State Constituency to always support and vote for APGA.
“For the position of State Assembly,I am the best for it and I have all it takes to offer effective and efficient representation,if given the mandate”,says Onyekuru.
