I Would Run An All-Inclusive Government In Obi-APC Chairmanship Candidate

Obi Local Government Council Chairman’s candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Yekpowodu  Joshua promised to run an all-inclusive government if elected as Chairman in the forthcoming Local Government Council election slated for October 6, 2021.

 

Yekpowodu said he would ensure that all and sundry are involved in rebuilding Obi Local Government,He disclosed this during an exclusive interview with selected Journalists.

 

Joshua affirmed that he would build on the solid fortress of the incumbent administration of Engineer Abdullahi Sule to ensure the security of lives and properties of people of Obi Local Government of the State.

 

The Chairmanship candidate said he would beam his searchlight on strengthening security in the locality, describing peace as a catalyst for the even and rapid transformation of every society.

 

He reiterated that he would assist in the education sector by supporting the State Government by building more classes as in the health sector by providing drugs to Primary Health care.

 

The Chairmanship candidate, however, maintained that he would embark on projects that have a direct bearing on the lives of the people of Nasarawa State.

 

Yekpowodu said his emergence as the flagb bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Obi Local Government is an act of God and the resolution of the stakeholders to support him.

 

“I thanked the stakeholders for choosing me out of the eleven aspirants “.

 

Appealing to Youth to be supportive during and after the election, urging them to play politics without bitterness.

 

The Chairmanship candidate was the only one that agreed on a consensus candidate out of the thirteen Local Government Council of Nasarawa State.
