I Will Utilize N400 Billion From FAAC To Promote Development, Welfare -Maku

The National Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliances, Labaran Maku says if elected in next month governorship election in Nasarawa State he would ensure the proper utilization of monies accrued to the State from Federal grant.
The governorship candidate of APGA disclosed this when he paid homage to the Paramount ruler of Eggon, Dr. Bala Angbazu at his palace.
Labaran Maku asserted that his visit to the palace was to seek for royal blessings from the monarch been the custodian of Eggon tradition.
He stated that economic development is not witchcraft but rather is about total commitment to humanity.
He opined that the welfare of citizenry would be given ardent attention in order to addressing the increasing rate of poverty in the state on daily basis.
“Is fortunate when I spoke about proper utilization of Federal grant accrued to the State by channeling it to human and capital development, APC governorship candidate during BBC Debate said Nasarawa State money is not for the changing of shirt or buying car and I laugh”.
Labaran Maku says he would revived the dying culture of people of Nasarawa State, adding that revival of the People’s culture is an alternative to strengthen peace in the State.
“APGA is the only party that would restore increasing poverty, insecurity due to bad governance and unreliable leadership”.
He disclosed that is the only politician that offered alternative opposition by redirecting the ruling party in the State.
“I had been in the race of governor for at least the third of fourth times , in 2007 when I contested they said I’m too young to contest and the ticket was given to our father, Aliyu Akwe Doma
2011 I also contested and in 2015 I was manipulated by the PDP and I defected to APGA just in 3 months I delivered the State but I was robbed of my mandate”.
He called on electorates in the State to vote for a credible candidate who is ready to meet up the yarning and aspiration of the populace.
He however expressed dissapointment over the way and manner government was runned under the ruling party in the State.
“The State currently was plugged into crisis of governance and development, adding that he remains the most matured and preferred governorship candidate in 2019 election.
The Paramount ruler, Dr. Bala Angbazu while speaking commended the entourage of Labaran Maku for the visit.
