Kidnappers attacked the wife of Comrade Prince Barnabas Philip Zih State Publicity Secretary VGN PLASCOM with dangerous weapons and abandoned her after thinking she was dead.
Mrs Ramatu Barnabas Philip was attacked at home on Saturday night in Barkin-Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau on Saturday at about 3 am.
The suspected Fulani marauders arrived at the compound in search of the husband to kill him but met his absence and turned out to inflict physical injuries thinking she had died.
They attacked Mrs. Ramatu Barnabas Philip on Saturday 17th August 2024, at her resident Kworos (Gangare) Barkin Ladi LGA, by Fulani herders, that they came for her husband not her but they were killing her because she was stubborn to resist their mission to kidnap her.
Mr. Philip Barnabas confirmed that the wife is now receiving treatment at The Potter’s Specialist Hospital Kufang Opp Maranatha Church former Rainbow Hotel Jos Miango Road.
According to the husband, the kidnappers are using her phone to threaten him the husband & other contacts in her phone, that they will still issue threats to him.
He was warned that even if he moved to Sector 4 the military zone they would still trace and kill him.
They thought she was Dead, they attacked her outside the kitchen and collected her phone, they tried to force her to follow them when she refused, they shot her in the right leg, then started cutting her, and hey now ran into the nearby maize.
However, the next day they called me with her phone asking me if I saw the corpse of my sister. I said yes thanks, what did she do that you killed her? They now said they came for me not her because she was stubborn and refused to follow them, and that’s why they killed her, meanwhile, I received a call from my neighbor that my wife had been attacking the house,
She is shouting for help but everyone is afraid of bullets and she is abandoned there.
