How Minister Of State For Industry, Trade And Investment, Aisha Abubakar Allegedly Disappeared From Public Function

Minister of State for Trade and Investment, and a nephew of President Muhammadu Buhari, Hajia Aisha Abubakar as gathered by this medium may be in hiding following alleged public relations crisis, this medium learnt.

Reports from her office indicates that the minister has virtually disappeared from public glare following some terribly negative stories about her past records in public service in 2016.

To avoid further negative coverage, checks showed that the Sokoto politician has gone underground with her aides reportedly avoiding the media like plague.

It was learnt that the woman was badly affected by the negative media reports, a situation said to have reduced her performance at the ministry, leaving the senior minister to carry the burden of the ministry alone.

A source at the minister’s office said “Madam is no more her vibrant self. She keeps to herself these days and his aides find it hard to understand her.

“I think the media thing affect her. The other minister is however moving fast and doing a lot for the sector”, the source said.

The Minister of State is the daughter of former Minister of Finance, Alhaji Abubakar Alhaji from Sokoto state.

The minister has been in the news for several wrong reasons, details of such news and reports will be published in part two of our report.

All efforts to contact her proved abortive, as her Special Adviser Mr, Bello didn’t answer calls made on his phone and as he didn’t also replied the SMS sent on his phone.
