For Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi, Monday, 12th February, 2018 will continue to sound as an unforgettable day in his ears. This is due to the fact that on that day, rather than getting the judgement he was certain would be in his favour, got the shock of his life even after it was alleged that he gave a plot of land in the State Capital that was designated as a recreational centre by Bauchi State Government to Justice Rabi Umar, to help deliver judgement in his favour when the case he instituted against Unicontractors comes up 12 February, 2018.
As learnt by this medium, Justice Rabi Umar applied for the land through a letter dated 2nd December, 2016, addressed to Governor Mohammed Abubakar through the then Commissioner of Works, Land and Housing.
See Letter Below:
As learnt by bauchileaks.com, the letter was just a smokescreen, as arrangements between her and the governor has allegedly been done on how she will be given the land and other incentives if she delivers the judgment in their favour.
It would be recalled that Governor Abubakar filed the case in October, 2016 two months before Justice Rabi’s application for that land.

Bauchileaks.com’s investigation revealed that when she got the nod that the governor will reneged on other incentives promised her, she decided to hit the governor below the belt and delivered the judgement against him.
Sources in the Bauchi Lands Department told this medium that they don’t allocate more than 5,000sqms to individuals. But the plot allocated to the Bauchi Chief Judge is 7,200sqms.
The governor, this medium learnt, then directed the then commissioner of Works, Lands and Housing to take her allocation letter to her. Sources familiar with the matter told this medium that she even gave the commissioner a perfume in appreciation.

It would be recalled that the same woman when she was recommended for high court judge allegedly used Justice James Auta’s judgements in order for her to be qualified because she don’t have the required judgements.
Governor Abubakar, who recently appointed a non-indigene Haruna Deke Mohammed as his Attorney General as alleged by a petition, is said to be perfecting plans to clear the mess he created in 1991 when he was Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Bauchi, which cost the state over $12 million. Presently, there is a judgement hanging on Bauchi State Government in favour of Unicontractors Nigeria Limited. The company has been in court with Bauchi State Government over the revocation of a contract awarded to it in 1991.
Keep a date as Bauchi Leaks will bring you more detailed reports on how the Bauchi Chief Judge found her way to the exalted position and how she allegedly sold the judiciary to Governor Abubakar.
