How Ishaya Itse Deceived Me To Write Letter Of Court Withdrawal Notice, After Allegedly Collecting Bribe Of N2 Million-Counsel

There was a mild drama at the Plateau State High Court in Jos, ishaya Itse, an APC factional Chairman where he ordered his counsel Barr N.D. Gwallson to discontinue the hearing on the grounds that the matter has been settled amicably.

 

However, when the 2nd to 8th defendants got wind of the secret and purported reached agreement between their counsel and that of meeting with the defendant’s counsel rejected the outcome of the meeting by filing for fresh affidavit before the court.

 

it was gathered that the embattled Chairman Itse Ishaya was allegedly bribed with the sum of N2 million to discontinue the case at the detriment of other aggrieved APC members who approached the state high court seeking the interpretation of the kangaroo Congress.

 

When the matter came up for the continuation of hearing, Barr. N .D. Gwallson told the court that the 1st claimant, Hon. Itse Ishaya has already called to inform them that the matter has been amicably resolved so the court should not waste her precious time on the case.

 

He said, as the suit that is scheduled for hearing on the 1st of December, 2021, let be sure of the agreement reach with others but you Hon Itse Ishaya being the chairman get to them and talk to me.

 

According to him, Itse Ishaya after waiting for his communication immediately called back to intimate me their counsel (Barr.ND Gwallson that all the aggrieved APC faithful has agreed that he as their counsel to draft a letter of withdrawal notice and effect service on the defendants including the court.

 

However, Barr. Gwallson on Wednesday tried to explain the regret and recent development that the agreement was misinformation which was issued by the Hon Itse Ishaya who has been working tirelessly in connivance with the opposition Chairman Hon Rufus Bature to truncate the court process which he said that he allegedly collected a bribe of N2 million released to him by the Lalong’s group in a meeting cheered by him including G.S. Pwol, Hon Rufus Bature, his Exco with Barr. N.D Gwallson inside the meeting.

 

Barr.Gwallson told the court that the process for the withdrawal notice is dated 26th November and filed on the 30th November, 202,  is pending before Justice S.P.Gang.

 

He explained further that when other petitioners got the information that they filed for withdrawal notice,I started receiving different calls from the remaining clients warning me of the pending danger and rejecting that they are not part of the kangaroo agreement that was alleged to have been written at their behind.

 

Besides, in the same vein when the defendant’s counsel Barr Garba Pwol stood up in court to discountenanced that it is not for the claimant’s counsel to explain vividly the incident that translate between his clients before the court.

 

Therefore, Pwol explained that they have reached a reconciliation agreement with the claimants where the sum of 2 million was alleged to have been paid to them through Hon Itse Ishaya account details so why should they come around to twist the earlier agreement.

 

in his argument, Gwallson reiterated that other petitioners were not aware of the development or the settlement with the state government which the government alleged that Hon Itse Ishaya signed and collect the said money.

 

The aggrieved APC faithful urged the court to be guided by the court rules, saying the signature self a claim by Pwol was not the agreement but a total plot to bring betrayal and confusion which they are not ready to dance that dirty idea.

 

Gwallson stated that yes I was present during that meeting held behind closed doors by the last thing I can tell my other clients is that we agreed that they should be contacted through Hon Itse Ishaya and be brief of the development and that was jettisoned by greedy, misinformation and a fraudster like that Hon Itse Ishaya with a biased mind self-centered.

 

Barr.Gwallson revealed that when other clients filed for counter-affidavit refusing to consent to the agreement earlier reach with Hon Itse Ishaya I’m highly disappointed that this guy is a fraudster that only picks interest to create havoc within the party.

 

He insisted that other petitioners’ consent were not sought especially on the purported fake letter he asked me to write and signed on their behalf.

 

Gwallson applied before Justice S P Gang that the matter is adjourned which was stood down for an afternoon at the time of filing the reports, He noted that one of the 2nd to 8th defendants were not properly served with the withdrawal notice.

 

He accused Hon Itse Ishaya of using fraudulent criminal ways to lure him into drafting the petition and sending it to him through WhatsApp and he replied that others traveled to Abuja and they’re in agreement.
