How I Caught Student Who Killed Girlfriend, Removed Her Body Parts — Motor Park Guard

A security guard in the new Nyaya Motor park ,Mr Alkali Allah-Nanan has narrated his how a yahoo boy Mr Moses Oko unknowingly made a confessional statement to them after detaining him in their custody .

He explained that on the 6th January, 2022 at about 12 midnight at his place of work when he was sitting at the gate and one Keke Napep drove toward the entrance conveying Mr Moses Oko who claim that he want to book for a car to Lagos .

According to Moses Okoh ,he want to travel to Lagos but the security guard  ,Mr Alkali Allah-Nanan told him that at this odd hours of the night there is no car booking to Lagos and said that  he  should go back home and come back the following day and then ,The accused person,(Moses Okoh) left with the driver of the Keke Napep  .

PW5 Mr Alkali Allah-Nanan said after a while the defendant came back around 2am to the park saying that armed robbers attack him and disposed him of his CRV and others valuables .

The Park guard ,Mr Alkali Allah-Nanan vehemently resist that they don’t have accommodation to passengers inside the park for him ,he won’t allow Mr Moses Okoh to sleep here in the park .

He stated that on seeing his behaviours and action that point I began to suspect him ,(Moses Okoh ) because I no longer trust him ,when he started framing allegations that some armed robbers rob him at New Nyaya but he was still holding three handsets , saying the incident occur at Blue zinc at New Nyaya .

The PW5 revealed that the defendant was complaining that he is hungry so he needed where they’re selling food so at the point I directed him to a close noodles seller which we went there with him.

Meanwhile,I was suspicious of the way and manner he was acting so I beam my searchlight to monitor his movement.

Allah-Nanan told the court that after the defendant ate the noodles  the shop owner decided that he is going to close the shop and he left and at that point, he was saying that the place is cool and he turned back to be opening the noodle seller shop and I raised the alarm that they don’t have accommodation there why are you forcing the place .

“Please come out so that we can leave this place and myself and the accused person ,Mr Moses Okoh came out standing outside and before I knew what was going on ,he has already struggling to dispose me of my security stick and wrestle for several minutes before those drivers sleeping inside the garage came to my rescue ,PW5 told the court .

However, the security guard told the proceedings judge that the accused person attempted to collect his stick but with the help of drivers ,they overpowered him and that was when he made was confession ,”I didn’t kill Jennifer ” and don’t have any business with Miss Jennifer .

On cross examination ,Mr Allah-Nanan recognized the accused person Mr Moses Okoh who is standing trial of alleged culpable homicide before justice S. P Gang .

He further told the court that the defendant was in sound mind when he arrived their Moorpark to book for the next available car to Lagos but the accused person is now pretending to be suffering from mental problem .

The PW4 Rev Polycard Da’an of Catholic Archbishop of Blessed Sacred Church the Manager of Demis  Hotel disclosed that sometimes on the 1st January, 2022 on Saturday afternoon he received a distress call from the staff of the hotel by name Lazarus Okubu that there is a situation on ground that require his urgent attention .

Rev.Da’an told the court that he immediately responded to the facilities when they explain that a dead body of a young girl was laying lifeless inside room 302 .I  immediately called on the hotel lawyer ,Barr.Adana and he rushed to the scene and together we reported the situation at the A Division and later discover that it edwas not under the jurisdiction so we transfer it to Laranto police outpost and luggage the complained.

And with the development ,the Laranto Police outpost arrived the hotel and I led them to room 302 where I gave them the spare key to the room which they attempted opening the door but it refused to open so they have to use force to break the entrance door.

When the police forced the place which was so stiff at that point we saw the dead body of young girl laying at the door but they were able to find a way of entering the room and they security personnel commence their investigation instantly.

The deceased was deposited at the Plateau Specialist Hospital ,with what I saw inside the room was blood stains ,the bedsheets was scattered and laying at door was the dead body of a pretty young girl with some parts of her private part removed including two eyes .

Rev. Polycard Da’an narrated that as a manager of the hotel underage children are not allowed to check into the rooms unless they came with an adult ,and the hotel had the following functions of ensuring that all the gadgets are functioning effectively to all guests checking in .

Whenever a guest checked into the room they kept all records of their details through logbook, the hotel has 12 room accommodation and the case is transferred to the CIB department, as maintained that they were detained for two days.

The department of CID took over the thorough investigation by raiding the room and inside the toilet a piece of paper that was socked with urine the team manage to carefully pick it and dry it and that was the breakthrough because the defendant temper with some proof of evidence.

They found the late Jennifer phone number and the receipt payment of the car he booked to Jos to the hotel .

Justice S P .Gang adjourned for taking of two more witnesses the Doctor who examined the health of the defendant and the ASP Ibrahim Agaji the IPO that recorded the statement of Moses Okoh on Wednesday next week 9th March 2022.
