The President of the Coalition of Christian Groups for Good Governance Nigeria and Diaspora (COCGOG) Engineer Daniel Kadzai has thrown its full support behind President Bola Tinubu’s recent appointment of veteran lawmaker Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, describing the move as a “bold strategic masterstroke” that strengthens national unity and effective governance.
In a statement issued and signed on Sunday, COCGOG President, Engr. Daniel Kadzai, he praised the President for prioritizing merit, grassroots influence, and proven leadership in the appointment.
It would be recalled that James Faleke was recently named Renewed Hope Ambassador and Deputy Secretary for Party Outreach, Engagement, and Mobilisation within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He described the appointment as far more than a routine political gesture. “This is a significant step toward bridging gaps across Nigeria’s diverse regions and communities,” he said.
He stated that Faleke’s impressive record is there to see in the National Assembly, where he has served diligently for years, combined with his strong connection to ordinary Nigerians.
“James Faleke has consistently demonstrated loyalty, competence, and a unique ability to mobilize across diverse demographics. He is the right man to drive engagement at this critical time,” Kadzai added.
The coalition leader emphasized that Faleke’s new role will help harmonize party outreach efforts, ensuring that the Tinubu administration’s “Renewed Hope” agenda resonates deeply with everyday citizens.
“This appointment is both well-deserved and of immense national significance,” Kadzai declared. “It reinforces President Tinubu’s commitment to inclusive governance and effective communication with the people.”
As a respected Christian leader, Kadzai’s endorsement carries particular weight, signaling growing confidence from faith-based communities in the administration’s personnel decisions and direction.
The coalition urged Hon. Faleke to leverage his new position to promote peace, unity, and inclusivity, while ensuring the Renewed Hope mandate reaches every corner of Nigeria—including Nigerians in the diaspora.
Analysts note that the appointment forms part of a broader strategy by the Tinubu administration to strengthen party structures, deepen grassroots engagement, and maintain a direct line of communication with voters through trusted and proven figures.
