It was a celebration galore in the Nasarawa state Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party following the emergence of Hon. Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo as the running mate to the state governorship candidate, Hon. David Ombugadu.
It was learnt that Onawo succumbed to the pressure mounted on him by creme de la’ creme of the People’s Democratic Party.
Hon. Ogoshi Onawo is the incumbent member Federal House of Representatives representing Awe, Doma, Keana contested for senatorial seat of Nasarawa South but lost to the current senator, Senator Suleiman Asonya Adokwe.

All effort to speak to Hon.Onawo proved abortive as his phone didn’t respond. The state chairman of the party, Francis Orogu also could not be reached press time.
