Hon Beni Lar Accuses INEC Of Hoarding Machines Being Used For Ongoing Voters Registration In Her Constituency

Ahead 2023 General Election in Nigeria, the Member Representing Langtang North and South Federal Constituency of Plateau State, Hon. Beni Butmak Lar has expressed concern with the manner the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, staff deployed to conduct the second phase of registration and capturing of voters in her constituents.
Hon Lar emphasized that she witnessed artificial hoarding of voters’ registration machines in her Constituency which is obvious that there is a plot to rig the forthcoming poll in Langtang North and South.
She appealed to the ruling APC, Government to allow the democracy to strife not to disenfranchise the eligible voters in her constituency.
Beni Lar complained bitterly that her Constituency in Langtang North and South who are not fewer than 5 million in population is provided with one functional bio-metric Voters Registration machine to capture all the eligible voters ahead 2023 General Election.
Speaking with our medium, She raised the alarm that INEC should ensure that all Nigerians are allowed to register at her residence along Beach Road in Jos, Plateau state capital.
She accused the Government of the All Progressive Congress (APC) that they have already set motion towards the manipulation process of plotting to rig the 2023 General Elections through disenfranchising of eligible Nigerian voters with the antics of artificial hoarding of biometric registration voters machines.
Beni Lar who is the daughter of the 1st Civilian Governor of Plateau state Chief Solomon Dashep Lar sends a strong warning to the APC ruling Government to ensure that all Nigerians of voting age are given the opportunity to register and provide enabling environment to vote during the election for peaceful reign.
She further added that the APC 7 years of the ruling party in power, the best they can offer Nigerians is untold hardships, and therefore they should be best described as Seven years worst governance that has plunged the country into one of the worst economic crises in the country history, as Nigeria is now rated the poorest country in the world.
Beni Lar who is the chairman of science and technology in the Federal House of Representatives lambasted the Buhari APC-led administration that has caused the death of many citizens in the country, which she explains the government strives on lies, propaganda, and promise without fulfillment.
“When Buhari was campaigning 2015 and 2019, he promised Nigeria that he will make the country naira equal with American Dollars, revive moribund Ajaokuta Steel Rolling Mill, today inflation is 300-400 percent, foodstuffs have gone beyond the reach of average Nigerian as construction materials have hit the rooftop “
” She further stressed that you can’t compared president Jonathan’s administration 10 years ago with Buhari led APC, bedeviled with vices like killings, kidnapping, and banditry”
She exonerated the Lawmakers from any blames for not resuscitating the moribund Ajakuta Steel company because the lawmakers have put all framework in place and are left for the Buhari Government to implement it.
“The issue of Ajakuta Steel Rolling Mill is pathetic, the equipment has been lying waste for long, the government of APC has promised that before the end of 2022, he will ensure that the Steel Rolling company will come back on stream”.
She called on the politicians to learn from the APC’s administration who made a plethora of promises to Nigerians without fulfilling any rather, they are leaving it worse than they inherited from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
She further called on the politicians to allow their words to be a bund and work with it instead of promising and doing different things as Nigerians are patiently watching and waiting to vent their anger on those politicians through the use of the instrumentality of (PVC).
Hon. Beni called on Nigeria to be careful in the forthcoming 2023 General Election and judiciously use their voters’ registration card (PVC)to determine their future and that of their generation by removing the clueless APC, government from power, and advising them not to make another grave mistake that will hunt them for the rest of their lives.
She said as chairman of science and technology she is desirous of diversifying the economy, which informed signing (MOU)with the Chinese Government recently.
