Hon Bagos Bags Award Of Selfless Service From Berom Women For Providing Assistance To Less Privileged

The President of Dachung Musa Bagos Foundation Hon. Dachung Bagos has bagged an award of selfless service and meritorious contribution to humanity in Plateau State.
The National body of Berom Women Development Association (BEWDA) commended the founded fo this spirit of empowering of over 1,000 widows and orphans affected by sectarian crisis in the state .
He also conducted free tests and treatment of Malaria and High blood Pressure for 10,000 thousands persons across the State to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in villages of Riyom , Jos South and Barkin Ladi LGAs respectively.
The President, Berom Women Development Association Ngo Florence Jambol who presented the award in Jos during the Association 1st Anniversary.
The occasion was held at Zang Secondary School Bukuru said the Award was as the instance of Hon. Dachung Bagos for his selfless service in providing succor to the down trodden in our society..
The Awards ceremony which was schedule to honour Illustrious Sons and daughters of Berom Land from all the districts .

The National President of the Berom Women advised the awardees Annual event is a new initiation that has hopes toward bringing together the Berom Women and women of other nations, especially on the Plateau to a time of sober reflections, review of its activities and Mission, and charting new frontiers.
According to her, the Berom women believes in Unity in diversity and purpose for any sustainable development to take place, saying there is need for peace and progress.
“We are honouring some from our huge population of highly esteemed and qualified personalities in Berom Land, these have been carefully selected from every district after checks from stakeholders of their districts. Let me add that these selections, have not been made on the sentiments of popularity, Wealth, educational attainments, status or any primordial considerations, but simply on recognizing and commanding excellence in their professional pursuits, bringing succour to the down trodden in the land and beyond and passion in adding value to humanity among other criteria”.
She challenged the recipients of the Award to continue being more productive and patriotic in every way to God, land and nation.
Responding while receiving the Award Hon. Dachung Bagos appreciated the women for selecting him amongst the recipient, said the recognition by his people has spur him to more productive and patriotic to God, Berom Land and the Nation at Large.
