Yakubu Busari

An All Progressive Congress,(APC) in Plateau State, Hon. Amb . Sadiq Abdullahi has admonished Nigerian politicians to eschew politics of bitterness and tribal and religious sentiment by voting for a credible candidate that can deliver dividends of democracy to the people.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with our correspondent in Jos, Amb. Sadiq expressed worry about the recent political mudslinging going on in the country.

He condemned the kidnapping by bandits, saying, we need to return to God in prayers to seek his intervention because we are not strong in prayers and we are not working as one person to achieve meaningful development.

Hon Abdullahi harped on the differences in the names we bear as people this person might say he is Bulus or Abdullahi so that division already had separated us from each other.

According to him,” we don’t love ourselves and we don’t want to see the progress of each other, your neighbor is sleeping without food to eat and nobody cares about that is increasing the rate of crime in the society “.

He explained further that, as a grassroots politician, he understands the plight of the masses of this country, with the high level of unemployment and poverty, we need a leader who can deliver not someone that is playing politics on social media.

Hon Abdullahi urged Nigerians to stop pursuing those who are promoting religious bigotry so that we can go back to our normal lifestyle of living together by preaching peaceful coexistence amongst us.

He disclosed that in this country you see out of 10 persons that are rich you hardly see amongst someone that support the poor vulnerable people who are in dire need of food.

Amb. Sadiq Abdullahi frowned that Nigeria is one of the richest countries in the world but go to the streets many children are dropout of schools and nobody care about that situation and they’re growing up to cause problem to the larger society.

He said if this is not arrested now it might continue to cause problems because children are feeding under garbage scavenging picking from the gutters because there is no one to help so we must be careful if not they will make this country ungovernable for all of us.

He stressed that on rampaging kidnapping in Nigeria because a majority of Nigerians don’t pray to God with the population of people who are suffering ,we can change our situation by the time return to him in prayers with genus hearts things would be better .
