High Court Grants Bail To Rev. David Kim Pam ,Two Surety By Yakubu Ventim,

The Plateau State High Court on Thursday November 21, 2013 granted bail to  one Reverend David Kim Pam, Chairman Good living Multi Purpose Cooperative Society  on a 10-count charge that borders on stealing, fraudulent misappropriation and criminal breach of trust.
The suspect allegedly abused his position as Chairman and sole signatory to the accounts of Goodliving Multi Purpose Co-Operative Society’s domiciled in First Bank Nigeria Plc and Zenith Bank, to steal N40,276,660 between April and June 2012.
The offences are contrary to sections 286, 308 and 311 of the Criminal Code law of Plateau State.

However,counsel to the accused Barr Samuel Sunday Obende confirmed that the court gave conditions attach to his  bail term which have to be made ,
Obende stressed that the conditions include  the  sum of 5 million with two surety from the rank of directors  either state or federal with a satisfied records of clean service and property worth of millions
Adding those two signatory  most own  landed property and certificate C O.in Plateau state.
The prosecutor counsel on behalf of Federal government, Barr. Samuel Ugwutbulam explained that the plateau state high court sitting in JOS on Thursday gave an order that the accused person should be granted bail attached with conditions


The two directors have meet up the require conditions to allow them to be  signatory to his release
