Groups Plan To Disrupt Democracy Day In Bauchi Over Nonpayment of Workers’ Salary, Pensions And Gratuity

Logpobiri Anaiya

Indications emerge that political youth groups have completed plans to disrupt democracy day in Bauchi.

This according to reliable source may not be unconnected to non-payment of workers salary, pensions including gratuity.

Other reasons may be that the APC administration under Mohammed Abubakar has not performed beyond expectation in line with APC claim of change mantra.

It was gathered that the Abubakar may be contemplating to grace the occasion because uncertainty of assault on him as usual.

Source said, already police and other security  agencies have been mobilized to curtail any eventuality but stakeholders have decried the move, saying a governor of the people does not need to be scared if truly he was voted by the people, except he has failed the people that voted him into office.
