The Plateau South-Central unity Forum has congratulated Miss Peace Nanbyen Ramnan for emerging victorious in the recent kneeling contested Miss Plateau beauty pageant.
The event which took place at Hill station Hotel in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau on Sunday evening.
The Chairman of the forum Mrs Solome Chakkat Dashe disclosed this in a Press statement made available to media on Monday.
The dignitaries who witnessed the occasion include, the Governor Simon Lalong represented, Speaker Plateau state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Peter Azi ,Mrs Solome Dashe ,ALGON Chairman Plateau state,Hon. Stephen Jings ,Hon Theresa Azi management committee Chairman of Jos North ,the management committee Chairman of Langtang North ,Hon. Dan Dul and others.
Mrs Dashe commended the organizer the carefully taken their time to select the most beautiful lady from the southern -central unity forum.
“our expectation is that the best candidate have emerge but the primary aims to promote peace and understanding among the peace loving people of Plateau state so urged you unveil programme that would have direct impact in the lives of youths in the state”, she added.
“We pray almighty God to give you wisdom in piloting the affairs of the entertainment industry in Plateau beyond and be good ambassador of the state”,she noted.
Dashe stressed that the project will offer you the opportunity to re-position by bringing the youths together toward achieving meaningful development.
She explained further that the mentor and guiding the youth to share their experience cannot be overemphasized which had avails them the opportunity to contribute effectively in the society.
