Group charges Buhari to fulfill campaign promises

A group under the aegis of   Buhari integrity group Plateau state chapter, Mallam Alhassan Aliyu has charged President Muhammadu Buhari to fulfill all his campaign promises to the common man.

“Many Nigerian are suffering untold hardship under your government, if not we will regret whatsoever and will remains disloyal and lost focus”, the statement added.

He harped on transparency of the current fight against corruption and peaceful coexistence of the country.

Speaking during the one year achievement of APC government in office at the Hill station Hotel, Jos North Local Government Area, the integrity group also observed one minutes silent in memory of Late Alh. Mubashiru Aliyu who is the founder /former Chairman CPC, Plateau state chapter.

He expressed administration’s commitment to tackle corruption, other economic crimes and terrorism.

He, however, urged members of All Progressives Congress to support the President Buhari and Governor Simon Lalong Led administration to deliver on their campaign promises.

He decried that the People Democratic Party has destroyed Nigeria in the last 16 years under promotion of bad governance and high level of corruption in offices.

According to him, he applauded the president foreign policy of partnering to develop confidence and trust in leadership of Nigeria.

The stalwart of All Progressives Congress, PST Dabit Joseph David commended the party for performing credibly well in the last one year in office.

He moved a vote of confidence on the performance of Buhari /Lalong led government bby soliciting the cooperation of all Nigerians to move the country forward.

He charges people to have hope in the present regime of change which is prepared to transform and bring in qualitative leadership understanding people oriented government.

The Buhari integrity group called for probing of the immediate past government who have stolen public resources not to be pocketed in the hands of few.

” we call upon the state government without fear of favour to effect legal procedures in prosecuting the immediate past government of Sen.David Jonah Jang”.

The stresses that the subsidy removal of the fuel is a welcome development and put palliative measures to cushion the effect of hardship.

They appeal to federal government to fulfill all the campaign promises for the interest of common man in order to sustain the confidence that all and sundry has on this government.
