The recent Governors Forum election crisis has continued to take its toll on those who are on the side of Governor Rotimi Amaechi, this is the current political situation arising from the fallout of  the Governors forum election took another turn on Friday when the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), grounded the chartered helicopter which supposed to fly Edo State Governor Adams  Oshiomhole to the burial ceremony of Mrs. Collete Obi late wife of Senator Ben Obi, President Jonathan’s Special Adviser on Political Matters.

According information obtained by universalreporters.info the scenario began when the Pilot, Captain James Manahash who was already air-burn with the governor and his entourage  who billed to flew out, were ordered to fly back to the Benin Airport just five minutes after taking off over what NAMA described as their nonpayment of  aerodrome and landing fee.
It was gathered that the Pilot ordered to fly back or risk the banning of the aircraft from flying and when Oshiomhole saw the argument between the Pilot and NAMA Officials has to prevailed on the pilot to come return back and sort out the issues being raised by NAMA.
However, to Oshiomhole’s mortification they were delayed for more than one hour, thirty minutes even after paying prescribed fees by NAMA, having spent the long hour an angry Oshiohmole head staright into his vehcilc and drove off. When he was asked for comment, he refused and headed to a village called Iyamho.
However, speaking with Journalist the Pilot Captain Manahash said he was shocked with the whole scenario as he said;  “I have been a pilot for 35 years out of which 7 years in Nigeria. So I was surprised when I was recalled back to the airport after we took off. The Governor prevailed on me to come back and answer them. When we got back I was told to pay landing and aerodrome fee which ordinarily we could pay later.”
Speaking further the Pilot said; “Even after completion of the process of payment, we were still delayed for one hour fifteen minutes with the governor still seated in the aircraft. Ordinarily payment of such “fees doesn’t take more than ten minutes. This is not the first time I have been flying the governor and we have never witnessed such a disappointment. It is really shocking.”
