Governor Bagudu Approves The Release of N96.1 Million For Payment of Local Government Workers Four Months Salary Arrears

Kebbi state governor, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu has approved the release of Ninety Six million one hundred and seventy two thousand Naira fifty six kobo for the immediate payment of local government council, Local Education authority pensioners four months arrears salary of March, April, May and June respectively.

Speaking to newsmen in his office yesterday, the Permanent Secretary Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Labaran Muhammad Kalgo added that, recently the ministry has embarked on the certification and payment of June salary, after which their four months arrears will be paid immediately, calling on staffs and pensioners to exercise patients as the ministry in collaboration with local government areas are doing their best to settle them within the stipulated time.

Alhaji Atiku Bagudu assured people in the state of his determination to come up with programmers that have direct bearing on their lives.
