Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura has donated 10 Packets of Sanitary Pads to female Internally Displaced Persons in Agyaragu Community of Nasarawa State.
Other relief materials donated alongside sanitary pads also include N5 million cash, 40 cartoons of bathing soaps, 40 cartoons of laundry soap.
Other valuables are 100 cartoons of indomie, 25 bags of garri, 40 bags of beans, 100 bags of maize, toothpaste, wrappers and bags of rice.
He asserted that relief materials would also be distributed to IDP’s in Awe, Agyaragu, Obi and Doma camps respectively.

Assuring TIV’s communities of safety of their lives and properties, adding that the core responsibility of a responsible government is the security of lives at all times.
The governor also said that the security operatives would ensure prompt surveillance of abandoned communities.
“We will assist people whose Houses and farms were destroyed by Fulani pastoralist, he added.
The governor also donated relief materials to TIV’s IDP’s in Agyaragu with a donation of N2m.
