Gov. Bindow sacks Adamawa State University Vice Chancellor

The lingering crisis that has been rocking the Adamawa state university (ADSU) today consumed the office of the Vice Chancellor of the institution as he was sacked. This was confirmed by the commissioner for Higher Education, Alhaji Ahmad Rufa’i that the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof Shalla has been sacked.

The removal of Shall followed after many attempts of irreconcilable issues concerning, Financial, ethnic, religious, and tribal feuds within the leadership and the entire community of the University.

According to Ahmad His Excellency, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrila appointed Dr Moses Zarwa and the new Bursar to serve on acting capacity.

The Commissioner also enjoin the Staff and Students of the university to cooperate with the new leadership of the institution to bring the vision and mission of school into fulfillment.
