- As Convener Ndu marks his 64th Birthday
A Socio-Political cum Religious Organisational Movement in Imo State, known as “God’s Time Covenant People, GTCP, ” ably led by the President/Convener, Pastor Oliver Ndu, who is the General Overseer, Gatetower Redemption Ministry, GTRM,World Bank Area of Owerri, was on Saturday, Nov.27th 2021, successfully concluded their 2021 Monthly Programme (Prayer Summit) for the year in good faith.
The event which took place at Rockview Hotel Owerri, attracted so many followers of GTCP and other members of GTRM in Owerri, as they graciously enjoyed the splendour of God.
Speaking shortly after the last GTCP 2021 Programme, the Convener, Pastor Ndu, expressed satisfaction for the leadership breakthroughs so far recorded by the supporters and followers of the movement since its establishment.
The clergyman, therefore, described GTCP as an organization that believes in the collective decision of making themselves available in God’s own time targeted at ensuring that by covenant Christians would become instruments of positive change in God’s Time, so that God will rise up in the power of his kingdom to take over our land.
Convenor Ndu, while addressing his audience, disclosed that the main reason for the establishment of movement is to make sure that men, women, and youths (the electorates) through God plant, elect or enthrone righteous persons in authority and power here on earth citing Imo State in particular, SouthEast and in Nigeria at large as an example, added that righteousness exalts a nation.
The GTCP Founder in bid of projecting christian-believers in active, professed that God in the Holy Bible says, ” When the righteous are upon the throne, the people rejoices;
All what we are trying to do is to make the church, that is, the place. Not that, we are politicians or that we are pursuing politics,the answer is no;
The church is lacking in the place of understanding their positions in politics. The church is supposed to be at the various helms of the affairs in governance and in leadership”.
“Because, the church taught that they are going to heaven but they are still living on earth, and they have never been to heaven yet. The church is saying, they don’t need to disturb or stress themselves by going into politics. Whereas here on earth, God has commissioned the church to take over the government, subdue the earth and control the world as Christendom”, the Religious leader submitted.
The Man of God, hinted, “We, as Christians must step into proper place God has kept for us. We are pursuing God’s vision, we are not looking at the political party’s mantra of their own pattern of change. We are talking about God’s time change from the divine who is the giver of power and life to govern, to dominate and rule the world. We are readily available to enthroning and electing men of God into leadership and governance starting from the next general elections in Imo State and in Nigeria”.
Highlights of the programme were the joyful celebration of the 64th Birthday Anniversary Ceremony of GTCP Convener, Pastor Ndu, in grand styles amidst spiritual enlightenment, religious upliftment, and excitement.
Meanwhile, the event was graced by Rev. Dr.V.S.Isiodu, the founder, Balm of Gilead Ministries, Owerri, Imo State, and other servants of God who graced the divine inspirational event.
