Future Of Nigeria Youths In Politics, Leadership And Ministerial Nomination

You know some of these names. Some are very well known as ministers, past senators, and politicians.

Have they walked in leadership? They certainly have, for people of all ages. Did they all lead the same? Certainly not.

Leadership for youth cannot be defined in a few short words. It is learned and it is passed on in the form of characteristics and traits. People have their own leadership styles and methods for leadership development in youth depending on their own experiences.

Is everyone an effective leader? Unfortunately, no, but youth can be taught to lead.

It is essential that they have role models and youth leaders who will walk beside them, not in front of them and not behind them.  We learn what it is to be a great leader from true great leaders. We all need to take up the call of leadership for youth.

A true leader like President Muhammadu Buhari has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

We must remember that one determined person can make a significant difference, and that a small group of determined people can change the course of history. I’m sure our humble President Muhammad Buhari will never forget the efforts of youths, people who sacrifices their lives, time and energy for sake of change. I have no doubt that President Muhammad Buhari will carry patriotic youths along.

Similarly, each generation goes further than the generation preceding it because it stands on the shoulders of that generation. You will have opportunities beyond anything we’ve ever known. We are not here merely to make a living. We are here in order to enable the Nigeria to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. We are here to enrich the Nigeria , and we impoverish ourself if we forget the errand.

I beseech Almighty ALLAH to lead President Muhammadu Buhari to success, to guide him to achieve what he want achieve.
