Former House of Representatives Member From Plateau, Hon Dilkon accuses Prophet Fwenji of sleeping with his wife

The High court of Justice sitting in Jos the Plateau State Capital,  last Friday adjourned to 7th and 9th of November,2016 for final written addresses on a suit filed by Mrs. Joy Nanlhi Dilkon seeking the honourable court to dissolve her 20 years marriage to Hon ,Leonard Dilkon.

Justice Danjuma Mang of the Jos high court ruled on  two preliminary  objections raised by the counsel to the  petitioner who is  seeking for a divorce case  filed and dated 8th Sept ,2014  challenging the husband.

While overruling on that objections, he said letters presented as evidence before the honourable court contained facts and evidence which had originality evidence and cannot be thrown away by the court which border on   visitation, overseas trips.

The counsel to Mrs Dilkon ,J L Usoroh of Umaru Osoroh & co No .4 D Kashim Ibrahim street argued that the matter lack merit so the honourable court should  dismiss the  evidence.

Mrs joy Nanlhi Dilkon in her, petition No Pld /P63/ 2014 ,PLD /J362/ said her union with him was blessed with three children namely; Williams Tongdil Dilkon,Michael Nandel Dilkon and Judith Delima Dilkon.

Mrs Joy Dilkon was accused of neglecting her 20 years old married which had produced three children seeking for divorce in Jos

“The petitioner said, that the facts culminated into the parties leaving apart started in the year 2008 ,as a result of the fact that the petitioner claimed of sought spiritual help from ministry of global flame ministry in view of her health challenges that defied medical solutions client to Mrs J.L.Soroh Esq”.

The Former member House of representatives, representing Pankshin, Kanam and Kanke federal constituency in Plateau state, Hon  Leonard Dilkon during his cross examination cited answer to cross petition of the respondent application of 2014  .

The  witness said that the man of  God Danjuma fwenji  claimed  that a  familiar spirit entered the live of his former wife , Mrs Joy Dilkon and through the help of the ministry they started  having extra marital affairs within church and  her parents’ house  always. .

He adopted all his hand written statements that were presented before the honourable court as his oral evidence that the wife approached the court on 30th Sept, 2014 after abandoning their matrimonial home is already committing adultery with the prophet.

The principal witness in exhibit 4 pages 40-91 disclosed that in November, 2006 the prophet was said to be in Enugu on evangelism outreach.

The petitioner ,Mrs Joy Dilkon at  the state High Court Holden in Jos seek the court  to dissolved that marriage and grant her  access to the children and their well-being .

The counsel to the defendants, Esq Francis Okafor urged the honourable court to dismiss the objections of the petitioner on the documents that are not complete and also on the misconception of the evidence which was presented before the court as exhibit 4 in paragraph 6 subsection 6 .

The former member testified that his wife left him and started attending to prophet Danjuma fwenji and one of the women in the ministry gave a revelation that God shown her how the demon used a familiar spirit to cause crisis in their ministry.

However, he explained to the court that ,Mrs Joy Dilkon sometime in Sept ,8 2014 the wife approach the state high court seeking for the dissolve of their married and the same her have been using the children overseas trips to siphon money.

According to him, when the incident happened I have written to COCIN Anguldi where the marriage certificate was issued to us as couple

The exhibit 5 documents tender by part cited in the case of Deborah Anawo on marriage certificate blamed Danjuma Fwenji of using self-acclaimed spiritual healing to deceive women to abandon their marriages.

Dilkon in his oral evidence, said the exhibit 4 page 90 -91 on a book written by former Mrs Deborah Anawo “God Mercy” was to removed fear and doubt on how Fwenji has destroyed many families with the ministry.

In his oral explanation before the court, he said Fwenji committed heinous act of sexual immortality with his wife even at her parents’ home when she abandoned the children, each time we try resolve our differences the prophet would appear and confused everything.

He added that Mrs Deborah Anawo was married to a Muslim brother, name withheld got herself engaging in extra  marital affairs  with the same Fwenji before her  divorce, “so my lord I want this honourable court to know that my wife case is the second issue of accusation against the so-called man of God.”
