Forget Your 2019 Senatorial Ambition, PDP Chairman Orogu Tells Al-Makura
- Says Nasarawa South Senatorial Seat Is For Serious Minded Politicians
Hon.Francis Orogu, the Nasarawa state chairman of the People’s Democratic Party has told Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura to forget his 2019 ambition to vie for senator representing Nasarawa South senatorial district.
The chairman said the seat of senator is for serious minded politicians that can make voluminous contributions at the red chamber.
Stating that the hearing impairment of the governor would have an adverse effect in the senatorial zone as he accused governor Al-Makura of causing division amongst Alago nation.
“Al-Makura would not succeed this time around by dividing Alago nation like it happens in 2011 governorship election, adding that Alago lost the governorship seat to Al-Makura.
Calling on Alago and Eggon from the zone to do the needful to produce good representative as senator and House of representative at both the red and green chamber.
Calling on electorate to shine their eyes to fielding a rightful contender for the exalted position.
