The humble Eze-elect of Umuerim Nekede Autonomous Community in Owerri West LGA of Imo State, HRH Eze Engr.Sir.George Agim, (Erim I), has passionately appealed to the Imo State Governor, Sen.Hope Uzodinma, to as a matter of necessity empower him with the Staff of Office which is the symbol of authority as a Traditional Ruler.

Sir.Agim, made the above appeal during a crucial meeting with all the members of his community at his palace of peace in Umuerim Nekede.
Addressing his subjects, Agim described Umuerim as a great community with great people full of hardworking, capacity and integrity, noted that with peace and unity, Umuerim would be known as the most peaceful community in the state.
“We shall make Umuerim greater by the special grace of God. Umuerim Autonomous Community shall be one of the most leading communities in Owerri West, Imo State and in SouthEast. As the Erim I of Umuerim Autonomous Community, I strongly decree that Umuerim shall prosper, we shall grow from strength to strength, glory to glory in the mighty name of Jesus Christ,Amen”, Eze Agim prayed.
Furthermore, the Royal father-elect, who charged the newly elevated elders and advisory team of his kingdom, encouraged them to critical criticize his royalty without fear nor favour, added that only constructive inputs can enthrone good governance and leadership under his watch as the Eze-elect of Umuerim.
The Eze-elect, Sir.Agim, while admonishing all and sundry who witnessed the successful inauguration, called on the people of Umuerim to support the Shared Prosperity Government led by the Imo State Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodinma.
The vibrant, passionate and intelligent Eze-elect, Engr.Agim, while speaking appealed to Governor Uzodinma to facilitate his long awaited issuance of Staff of Office, even as he expressed readiness to be receive the Royal Mandate from the Government of Uzodinma.
