Exposed: How Chairperson Of Jos North LGA Hoarded Fertilizers, FG’s Free Digital TV Decoders

The chairperson of Jos, North Local Government Area of Plateau state, Hon. Theresa Azi for the second time has been accused of diverting fertilizers for this 2016 farming season and  free digital switch-over decoders.

The chairperson was alleged to have engaged her tribal youths to  sell the fertilizers at the rate of   N4,500 each while the decoder goes for N1,500, also universalreporters247.com learnt that the youths made useful statements that some of the decoders were still stored  in private her residence.

[email protected], gathered that the situation had led to factions among the APC supporters in Jenta Adamu , Tudun wada ,Kabong and the surrounding communities in Jos North LGA .

The compound of the Jarawa village head in Jenta was the sharing venue where aggrieved supporters of APC vandalized the chief’s gate over the selected distribution that resulted to ethnic clashes.

The aggrieved youths who spoke on condition of anonymity called on Governor Simon Lalong to take proactive measure ahead of 2019 if not the party will loss the state.

Information available to our correspondent revealed that the 2015 farming season has come and gone yet it has left behind tears and sorrow of hunger which this medium learnt was artificially created by the management committee chairperson of Jos North Local Government Area.

A group of some APC stalwarts expressed dismay that the chairperson, Miss Theresa Azi hoarded the fertilizers which was meant for this year’s farming season and sold it to chairmen and secretaries of wards who names were withheld.

Our reporter gathered that one of the beneficiaries of the fertilizers requested for loan to enable him settle the bank payments to access the fertilizers which was stored earlier within the council secretariat for onward distribution to farmers.

However, the council boss announced that those that are interested in buying the fertilizer should go with their receipts to the council headquarters while some women where there very early only to be told that the official date will be communicated to them.
