Ex-COCIN Youth Leader  Mourns Late Rev. Dr Alexander Lar

The Former president of the Church of Christ in Nation, Hon Ezekiel Dinfa   has said the COCIN family are  mourning   the death of  late former COCIN President, Reverend Dr. Alexander Lar who demise has create a vacuum to the church in Nigeria.

 

He expressed deep shock over the demise of the former COCIN President Late Rev. Dr Lar  following his untimely Death as an extremely unfortunate and painful.

 

Mr Dinfa Ezekiel said, the youth saw the demise of Late Alexander Mamdip Lar, who  passed away on Friday, January, 3rd, 2020 after a brief illness as a monumental lost to the family and the  church in Africa ,adding, May his soul rest in peace with the Lord. Amen!

 

He explained further that, “I had the privilege of working under your  leadership  as the president of the church of Christ in nation. As a Youth leader. Your boldness, courage gave  us strength in the faith. Sir,little did I know that your words of encouragement to me on the 26th December 2019 will be the very last when I visited you at  home in langtang . Like you said there is nothing in this life more of then  Christ.

 

Dinfa decried that, your desire for the church on the plateau to be one and that the church should recognize it place in government and pray for the leadership of the land and to  rebuked where  the need be .

 

According to him, Without fear  indeed we will missd your fatherly advise. Continue to rest with  generals of the faith till we meet at the feet of the master rest on sir

 

This is a huge loss to the entire people of the Northern Region the immediate family of the deceased and Nigeria at large as we have lost one of our brightest minds who has contributed enormously to the development of our people and the church.

 

“We send our heartfelt condolences to the church and the family of the deceased  pray God to grant his  soul  eternal rest as well as give the family the strength to be comforted”

 

Mr Ezekiel Dinfa  pada described the loss of Dr Karl  as a major setback to Nigeria’s quest for religious beliefs and transparent , sufficiency given his vast knowledge of and experience in church building  and understanding of leadership.
