Engr. Daniel Kadzai, Northern Youth Christian Leader Congratulates Funmi Falana On Her Elevation To SAN, Says Hard Work Pays.

Amidst the cheering news of the conferment of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, conferred to the wife of human rights lawyer, Funmi Falana among the list of 57 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria, Engr. Daniel Kadzai the Congress of Northern Nigeria Christians (CNNC), National Youth Leader has congratulated her.

In a statement signed by Kadzai, he said; Mr. and Mrs. Falana, “Hard work pays off and you have proved it, keep going good and I wish you all the best.”

Speaking further, he said; Congrats just seems a small word, you have reached the pinnacle of heights, and more successes in years to come!

The former National President, of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN), said Funmi Falana and her Husband Femi Falana has been standing for the masses all through their life and using their profession to further the course of humanity and in terms of standing for people at all time.

According to Engr. Kadzai he said, with this new achievement, he is in no doubt that this will spur them to continue working for humanity.

It would be recalled that the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee (LPPC) has announced wife of human rights lawyer, Funmi Falana among the list of 57 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria.

The committee headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, after several hours of deliberation, confirmed the appointment of the new SANs, which comprised of legal practitioners and one from the academia.

A statement by the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court/Secretary of the LPPC, Hajo Sarki-Bello, said that the new SANs were appointed as a result of their excellence in the law profession and adherence to the Code of Ethics of the profession.

The statement said that the LPPC meeting considered four different petitions against some of the applicants and dismissed them for lacking in merit.
