The Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Aspirant for Jos North Local Government Council Chairmanship, Hon.Dr.Danjuma Sanda has disclosed his policy plan for the people of the council if given the mandate is to secure the lives and properties of citizens and promote togetherness with peaceful coexistence amongst the diverse tribes and religious groups.
Speaking during a visit to the Palace of Ujah, Pozo Johnson the Anaguta First Class Chief in Jos North LGA, Sanda applauded the people of the council for their overwhelming support.
He explained further that he has a good blueprint for the people of Jos North and the plan is apt which is on the pipeline but my emphasis will be more on security to secure the council and reduce poverty in the local grassroots.
According to him, I’m intimidated by the two of my brothers vying for the seat of Chairmanship of Jos North but they’re my own whoever emerges victorious is a game. It gives me heartbreak whenever I walk down the streets and I see people living in abject poverty.
He stressed that the people are not feeling the presence of government so at the local level if elected into office we have to do something to cushion the rate of poverty at the grassroots level.
We need to put our feet on the ground to liberate our people that is the purpose why I am vying for the elective office.
He maintained that the teeming supporters that greeted my visit to the Palace of the Anaguta as the drum support for my candidacy where I was able to receive Royal blessings to contest for the seat of Chairmanship of Jos North LGA as bonafide son of Anaguta.
“The palace witnessed a tremendous population of supporters from all tribes and religious backgrounds is just that so I believe strongly that I’m going to win a landslide victory owning to my pedigrees.
I have been the council caretaker committee chairman and I left records of achievement that is there visible for everyone to see, he said.
According to Sanda, he was at the palace seeking the royal blessings as the son of the land so my calling to the Palace office was to seek prayers and success in my outing.
