The executive Chairman of Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Hon.Rabo Sani has said his administration has taken a bold step to open up new road network so as to woo development, describing road as an essential artery of development.
He stated this during an exclusive Interview with selected Journalists at his residence in Doma.
Sani explained that the 1.5Km aspalt along GRA road was awarded to the tune of N160m with specification of two months.
“I will like to revealed to you that apart from the 1.5Km GRA road network,I will construct a drainage from Angwan Mada to Secretariat linking Isyaka Ogah’s house”.
“I’m having sleepless night over the trepidation faced by people of Angwan Mada during rainy season as must of the houses are in waterloo”.
The Chairman in addition says his administration would also embarked on the construction of 10 boreholes one each in the ten electoral wards.
Other projects he mentioned also includes the construction of culverts so as to avert flood in some areas
Rabo Sani said the autonomy of the third tier of Government translate to the ongoing projects.
The Chairman in his Christmas message to the people of Doma called on all and sundry to unite for the interest of peace.
He appealed to Christians to emulate the good virtues of Jesus Christ during and after Christmas.
