Gabu affirmed that the institution would not accommodate any cult group in the school.
He stated that the Polytechnic would not hesitate to hand over members of fraternity to the law enforcement agency for prosecution.
The Acting Rector also warned the students against pilfering or willful damage of Polytechnic properties.
“The full force of the institution and regulations will be brought to bear on any perpetrator of unacceptable acts of destruction”.
He called on students to spend their time judiciously and wisely by shunning all forms of criminality including stealing, breach of trust raping, forgery and examination malpractice.
Ali Gabu reiterated that any student caught breaching rules guiding examination and general conduct.

“Hoping that you will not allow this good intention to derail.
“This is 17th matriculation of the Polytechnic matriculating a total number of 4,000 candidates that applied for admission into the institution.
He further maintained that a total of 1,001 have fully been selected and registered to study in the various programmes at the National Higher Diploma and National Diploma levels of study in the Polytechnic.
“Out of the 1,001, 901 are for ND 1 while 100 are for HND 1”.
