Court Stops Governor Lalong From Appointing Dr. Miapkwap Livinus As Executive Secretary, As Ngas Nation Accuses Lalong, Tallen Of Nepotism

The Ngas Nation has accused Governor of Lalong of Nepotism, as he always appoints his people into his government leaving other people from other tribe; they also accused the former deputy Governor of Plateau State Dame Pauline Tallen over her penchant to undermine the people of Ngas whenever they are given any meaningful appointments.
The Ngas are making these allegations over the removal of one of their son Dr Raymond R.Namshi Juryi , who was appointed Executive Secretary of the State Primary Health Care Board by former Governor Jang’s administration.
As gathered Dr. Raymond who was appointed by Jang’s government was removed just few days ago by Governor Lalong and replaced him with his kinsman Miapkwap Senkoom Livinus.
Based on this act by the governor, Dr. Raymond went to court and got an order stopping the Governor from terminating his appointment, as gathered the appointment is for five years.
The court documents read thus; “In the High court of justice of Plateau state of Nigeria Holden at Bukuru on Tuesday the 2nd day of August,2016 ,Hon Justice I.I Kunda has given an order of interim injunction restraining the first respondent from appointing any other person as the Executive Secretary of the Plateau state primary Health care board.
“The order urged the applicants to occupy the said office pending the final determination of the motion on notice brought before Justice, Kunda .
According to people of Ngas Nation who has frowned at the Governor’s action accused the Governor Simon Bako Lalong for untimely terminating the appointment of, Dr Raymond R Namshi Juryit who has served the state for many years.
They also accused former Deputy Governor Dame Pauline Tallen of using her office to push for the removal of their son Dr. John Kutdan Jinaug who was PLACA Director and used his kinsman Miapkwap Senkoom Livinus to replace him, according to them, they said they accused they former Deputy Governor of being an agent who masterminded the current appointment of Miapkwap.
“It would be recalled that, former Governor ,Senator Jonah David Jang appointed him on 11th May,2015 following his qualification on COMMESS7 step 8 with salary of ,N5,014,993.00 per annum and all allowances attached to the salary level.
It was gathered that in pursuance to section 5(1) a of the Plateau State primary health care board Bill, 2012 establishing the state primary health care board his name has been forwarded and approved as the new Executive Secretary Plateau State Primary Health Care Board.
Universalreporters247.com gathered that Dr Miapkwap Senkoom Livinus (MBBS,FMCFM) whom has been confirmed for appointment, is presently the Chairman ,Medical Advisory Committee of the Plateau Specialist Hospital and an Examiner with the National Post Graduate Medical college of Nigeria.
