Councillor Decries Rising Waves of Unlawful Assembly, Cultism And Anti-Social Activities

Hon.Mohammed  Mustapha, the Councilor representing Sarkin Dawaki electoral ward of Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State has raised an alarm over the rising waves of crime and criminality at Layin Yan Rake. Kutubale.

Hon.Mohammed  Mustapha said something urgent should be done to address activities of cultism and other anti-social activities which are inimical to the destruction of the lives of the younger generation.

Other crimes, according to Hon.Mohammed Mustapha also include unlawful assembly.

According to him “I’m presenting a motion that will protect and preserve our lives as well as instill morality 

“Order seven, Rule One gave us the power to enact laws that will protect the lives of our people”.

Hon.Jonah Ogah, Councilor representing Galadima electoral ward seconded the motion.

Hon.Ibrahim  Aliyu, representing Madaki electoral ward said the motion moved is a people-friendly motion that would bring sanity to the community.

Hon.Aliyu stated that the said area shared a boundary between Madaki and Madauci ward.

“Hoping that this motion will proffer a solution to cult activities in Doma Local Government.

Hon Suleiman Adamu representing the Agbashi electoral ward said if a motion was moved, a seconder must support it to make it a product of law.
