Council refutes death of serving councilor in Bauchi The Chairperson of Bogoro Local Government area LGA of Bauchi state Mrs Hassana Arkila has disclosed that a serving councillor representing Gizaki/Badagari ward Mr Musa Daniel is alive and not attack to death as reported in some media
Mrs Arkila told news men in Bauchi yesterday was beaten by angry youths while on lawful duty on election date but he did not die.
She said the thugs tore the clothes of the councillor but thank God he is now hale and hearty.
Mrs Arkila refuted the story published in national dailies and electronic media which said the councillor is dead.
She also refuted some stories that quoted her name as the person who died, “I am alive “
