Confederation Cup: EFCC FC Defeats Osun United 4-2

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC Football Club, EFCC FC,   on Wednesday,  May 1, 2024 defeated their counterparts Osun United FC in the ongoing Federation Cup  in a crucial match that ended 4-2.

The game, which took place at the Akwa Stadium in Anambra State in front of sport lovers and cheerleaders,  saw the EFCC team defeat their opponent in a penalty shootout which ended 4-2 after a breathtaking 1-1 draw during full time of play.

Recall that team EFCC won the F.C.T FA Cup to secure a ticket at this season`s Confederation Cup, therefore securing three points against Osun United FC, thus  qualifying it for the round of 32 which brings it a step closer to the finals.
